What we collect on this website

This website collects only the following personal information:

• Your email address — if you choose to submit it via our email sign-up form. We will not collect your email address without your explicit action.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details, or any other personal information on this website. The App itself has its own, separate privacy policy — see the note at the bottom of this page.

ℹ  Our website is hosted by Wix. Wix may collect technical data about your visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited — for security and analytics purposes. This is governed by Wix's own privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.

Why we collect your email address

We collect your email address only if you tick the consent box on our sign-up form. We use it to send you:

• News about the Nifty Gifty App — including launch updates and new features.

• Occasional tips to help you get more organised with gifting.

We will not send you spam, sell your email address, or share it with anyone other than Klaviyo (see below). Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Legal basis (EU/UK users): we process your email address on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send you.

Who we share your email address with

We share your email address with one service provider:

• Klaviyo Inc. (United States) — our email marketing platform. Klaviyo stores your email address and sends emails on our behalf. Klaviyo's privacy policy: klaviyo.com/legal/privacy.

Klaviyo is US-based. For EU and UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information when it is transferred to the United States.

We do not share your email address with any other third party, and we never sell it.

How long we keep your email address

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you emails immediately. We retain a record that you unsubscribed (without your email address) for up to 6 years, as required for legal compliance.

You can also ask us to delete your email address entirely by emailing privacy@niftygiftyapp.com.
