You can have multiple recipients on your occasion's gift list. As a general rule there is one recipient (e.g. a birthday) or two recipients (bride and groom at a wedding) but there is no limit. You can have as many recipients as you like - perfect for Secret Santa!

You can have one or multiple claimants on your occasion's gift list - as many as you want. There is no limit. You might decide to purchase most gifts on your list and have just one or a few family members as claimants. Or you might purchase one gift on your list and invite multiple family, friends or work colleagues as claimants for the rest of the gift list, for that occasion.

Nifty Gifty costs just $7.99 per year. This give you complete access to full functionality. There are no other costs or in app purchases. If you organise 25 occasions per year that works out to be about $0.32 per occasion. Less than a birthday card. Claimants are contacts you can share gift and wish lists with so they can claim gifts with a quick "I'll buy this one!" tap. This makes your job as List Manager effortless and prevents duplicate gifts. Contributors are contacts you can invite to contribute money, a gift or both to a group gift, Wishing Well, or when fundraising for a special cause. Perfect for big celebrations like weddings, milestones, birthdays, end-of-season or end-of-term. Recipients are the lucky individuals who will receive a perfectly curated set of gifts, or a meaningful contribution towards a special gift, a Wishing Well or an important cause.The one thing that claimants, contributors and recipients all have in common is they can be family, friends, colleagues, club or team members, work friends, school communities, charities - the list goes on.

Occasions automatically archive the day after their date, keeping your upcoming list clean. Easily unarchive or reactivate with a new date anytime - your gifts and recipients stay intact, ready to edit or use again!

You can assign the same claimants to multiple occasions and recipients to save time.

When you update contact details anywhere in the app, the changes instantly sync everywhere - no duplicates, no mismatches!

You can edit a Contact's role for each occasion. The only thing you can't do is switch between Contributor and Claimant roles because Contributors can only be added to Group Gifts, while Claimants can only be added to occasions that are not group gifts and have a gift or wish list instead. The solution? Please create a new occasion - you can save, archive or delete the original.
